Solutions & Research Engineer

Building tools that turn noise into narratives — helping brands and researchers make sense of the world.

Henry Chapman

About

I turn social noise into strategic insight — building tools and dashboards that help brands, researchers, and agencies see what really matters. At Infegy, I develop social listening tools, support API integrations, and help clients make sense of billions of social data points. In 2025, I was named one of the top 50 most influential people in social intelligence.

Previously, I worked as a data analyst for prosecutors' offices in New York and Kansas City, primarily on homicide cases. In Kansas City, I helped launch a Crime Strategies Unit, built tools to track gun violence, and led a racial disparity analysis that reduced narcotics prosecutions by 90%. In New York, I managed the technical side of the state's first domestic terrorism homicide case. I've spent dozens of hours testifying in court for a wide range of violent felony cases.

I hold a Master's in Computer Science (MCIT) from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's from Yale, where I studied international security and organized crime. Outside of work, I'm an Eagle Scout and once thru-hiked (most of) the Pacific Crest Trail.
