Transforming complex data into actionable insights through advanced analytics and machine learning

Henry Chapman

About

I'm a Solutions & Research Engineer at Infegy, where I develop social listening tools, support API integrations, and help clients make sense of billions of social data points. I've authored over 90 insight briefs and delivered guest lectures at Michigan State, Ohio State, and the University of Wisconsin.

Previously, I worked as a data analyst for prosecutors' offices in New York and Kansas City, primarily on homicide cases. In Kansas City, I helped launch a Crime Strategies Unit, built tools to track gun violence, and led a racial disparity analysis that reduced narcotics prosecutions by 90%. In New York, I managed the technical side of the state's first domestic terrorism homicide case. I've spent dozens of hours testifying in court for a wide range of violent felony cases.

I hold a Master's in Computer Science (MCIT) from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's from Yale, where I studied international security and organized crime. Outside of work, I'm an Eagle Scout and once thru-hiked (most of) the Pacific Crest Trail.
